Join Our Prevention Community of Practice!

We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming Prevention Community of Practice gathering on October 28th — a thought-provoking “Ask Me Anything” conversation on BDSM, Consent, and Prevention.

This is a rare opportunity to engage directly with two nationally recognized experts whose work bridges research, clinical practice, and community advocacy:

Featured Speakers

Stefani Goerlich
Clinical & Forensic Social Worker, Certified Sex Therapist

Multi-award-winning author and educator, Stefani teaches Sexual Trauma, Trauma-Informed Care, and Sexual Disorders/Dysfunction at the Universities of Michigan and Minnesota. Her upcoming fifth book, Securing Sexuality: Emerging Issues at the Intersection of Intimacy and Technology, explores how technology is shaping relationships and care.

Jennifer Davis
Assistant Professor of Psychology, Bemidji State University; Co-Director, Northwoods Queer Outreach

Jennifer’s research explores identity, sexuality, and meaning-making in alternative sexuality communities, including the cultural significance of rituals, consent, and positive painful experiences. She brings a deep understanding of how prevention intersects with diverse communities.
