Launch our four-part Community of Practice series with the conversation that anchors the rest: what members are actually encountering in the day-to-day of their work. 

This opening session features ATSA members sharing firsthand accounts of the policy and practice challenges they're navigating — gaps in services, regulatory roadblocks, funding pressures, and the everyday friction that stands between good intentions and good outcomes.

We're not here to solve anything yet. The aim is to map the real terrain ATSA members work in every day, so the sessions ahead can build on a shared, honest picture of the field.
