I am a life lone Alaskan, born and raised in this beautiful state. I received my undergrad degree from University of Alaska, Anchorage and my Masters from Grand Canyon University. I was lucky enough to score an internship with Center for Psychosocial Development (CPD) working under the tutelage of Geno Daly. Geno had written a proposal for a contract with the Department of Corrections to treat individuals with substance abuse issues, developmental disabilities and an adjudicated sex offense. CPD is the only clinic in the state of Alaska working with this population. The contract has since evolved into including those individuals with a chronic mental illness.
